Thats what I am here for. Mapping out the pathway together with you. You can be as sure or unsure in which direction your company will take. I am here to support you getting clarity. The first couple of sessions we often use to set goals, get insights on the path to take, and just know that most of my clients don’t know what they need when a session starts and we always figure it out. 

Sometimes joining when you are not completely ready helps you grow into being ready.
That is my personal growth hack, I join when it’s a bit too early.
Sometimes however we end up on a call and I will be fully transparent that it might be too early in your journey. My strategies are for more advanced business owners who already have customer data to work with. Or they have been doing this job for years and now started a business. It might be that my group is a better fit or I refer you to one of my partners  

Coaching facilitates a supportive space by asking questions, letting you reflect and come up with your own answers. I offer guidance and support, we set goals and subgoals and we work towards them. You get all the tools you need to implement your learning in your business, and my clients take that responsibility. As a coach I don’t implement the work for you.   I don’t give advice. I am also not here to diagnose, treat or prescribe medication. I love that coaching is benificial for mental heath, however I am not a therapist. I also don’t offer legal advice. When your business is not ready for an investment, I wouldn’t sell this to you. In a call we discuss together what the best fit is for your stage of business.  My membership helps you get into growth stage. Usually people who are just starting out (2 years or more in business but no staff) join the program first. My door for private coaching is open for you when you are ready to invest.

When entrepreneurs don’t have time to work on their growth of the company or them as a leader it signals to me that you are a great fit. Because we first work on decluttering your schedule so that you have way more time. One of my clients said “For the first time ever I can use my time effectively”

When you feel welcome to work with me, you are welcome. I work with Queer people and Allies, you don’t have to itdentify as queer to get coaching with me.  You are valid however you identify. There is no gatekeeping here. Just know that I am Queer and many queer people come to our events, if that feels like your space, join the club!
