I don’t feel Queer enough, am I taking up space?
When you feel a pull towards working with me, you are welcome. You are valid however you identify. There is no gatekeeping here
I don’t have time for coaching ,is this for me?
When entrepreneurs don’t have time to work on their growth of the company or them as a leader it signals to me that you are a great fit. Because we first work on decluttering your schedule so that you have way more time. One of my clients said “For the first time ever I can use my time effectively”
I don’s have money
When your business is not ready for an investment, I wouldn’t sell this to you. In a call we discuss together what the best fit is for your stage of business. My membership helps you get into growth stage. Usually people who are just starting out (2 years or more in business but no staff) join the program first. My door for private coaching is open for you when you are ready to invest.

I had a coach before and I did not reach my goals
Sometimes we invest and it ends up not being what you needed. Or it was simply not the right time in your business or the coach was not a good match for you specifically. Or maybe you did not have the capacity (yet) to implement.
I worked with a profit first professional for 4 years and the strategy never clicked for me, we parted ways and I started to do it in a different way and suddenly I nailed profit first.
In my coaching dynamics I give my clients the tools to have them leading the path so that they feel empowered over each decision. If you are a person who takes accountability for your own success, you implement and you take accountability for your own growth, than we can schedule a call and see if we are a good match. If I am not a good fit, I refer you to one of my colleagues.
I am not at that level yet, can I still join?
Sometimes joining when you are not completely ready helps you grow into being ready.
That is my personal growth hack, I join when it’s a bit too early.
Sometimes however we end up on a call and I will be fully transparent that it might be too early in your journey. My strategies are for more advanced business owners who already have customer data to work with. It might be that my membership is a better fit
I don’t have a team yet
I can only speak from my own experience but I am happy I learned allot about leadership and team management before I had staff. If you are just starting out, and you are a couple of years in business my group is a good place to start.
I live in a different timezone
I am used to running an international company. I had clients all over the world, unless i need to get up at 4am, I think we are good. The online call is on tuesdays at 2pm until 4pm, if you can make the call, awesome! otherwise working 1:1 with me might be a better fit, because than I can be more flexible with planning in our sessions.
I don’t know which direction to take
Thats what I am here for. Mapping out the pathway together with you. You can be as sure or unsure in which direction your company will take. I am here to support you getting clarity. If you are just starting out, start with the membership ‘Mind you own business’
I am intimidated by your experience
I get it, totally. I was in the same boat as you, all coaches seemed to be way further than me. But I am so glad I invested (and still do) in programs with coaches who had years of experience instead of listening to family and friends. Sometimes our inner circle wants to keep us small, with love and from a place of protection. But that will stagnate your growth. I know this: you learn the most about doing business from people who are way ahead of you, because they already carved out the path. And know the opportunities and problems that lay ahead.

It’s really easy to get started. You just book an appointment by scheduling a call here. By filling out the questionnaire I get a good idea of what you need support with, where you are at in your business and if I am the right fit.
During a 30 minute conversation we go over the answers, exchange thoughts. And we both check if we want to work together.
Once you decide to get started here’s what’s going to happen…
When it’s a yes, great! you will receive a contract and an invoice. If you decide to do a payment plan, you receive a monthly invoice on the 10th of the month. After first payment you receive a welcome email with more details. And off we go.
My assistant will book you in for a first series of one on one calls after the downpayment.
You will also get access to the online community right away, hop on over and introduce yourself.
